Closing Checklist for Builders

Prior to Closing, we will need from you:

1. Names of all parties on the title to the Property
   
   
2. Homeowners Association contact information, including contact name, address, and telephone number
   
   
3. Payoff information including loan numbers, phone numbers and points of contact
   
   
4. Copies of any relevant Corporate Documents showing who can sign at Closing

Please bring the following to your Closing:

1. A Survey
   
   
2. The Original Certificate of Occupancy
   
   
3. The Original Termite Letter, along with the Soil Treatment Guarantee/Report
   
   
4. Home Builders Warranty Information, if applicable
   
   
5. Keys and/or Garage Door Openers to the property
   
   
6. Copies of any relevant Corporate Documents showing who can sign at Closing
   
   
7. Photo Identification
